ACV Transportation, LLC

NAAA Silver Certification

Description: The NAAA Silver Certification is the entry-level tier of the NAAA Certification Standard, offering buyers a baseline quality assurance on vehicles up to 125,000 miles with no age restriction.

Certification Benefits

  • After-Purchase Coverage — Every certified vehicle comes with a breakdown/failure coverage window of 300 miles extending for the duration of ACV's Standard Arbitration Window, giving buyers a safety net if mechanical issues surface shortly after purchase. If the buyer has selected ACV transport, the arbitration window will be later of (i) ACV’s Standard Arbitration Window, or (ii) 4 calendar days after the date the vehicle is delivered to the buyer through ACV transport services.
    • ACV will also go beyond the $1,500 limit for cosmetic damages stated in NAAA Guidelines for Silver Certification and will uphold the ACV Arbitration policy which imposes no such limit on cosmetic damages identified within a valid arbitration claim.
  • Verified Mechanical & Safety Integrity — Certified vehicles must pass rigorous checks beyond what is just cosmetically presentable.
  • Transparent Condition Disclosure — An extensive condition report is required on every certified vehicle, and items like odor, structural damage, and altered suspension must be disclosed. This reduces the risk of surprises and gives you a documented baseline for the vehicle's state at time of sale.
