What to expect

After reviewing the Condition Report, you will have a thorough understanding of the vehicle’s condition before placing a bid. The report is prepared by a trained ACV inspector and is available for all vehicles listed on the platform.

Troubleshooting

The Condition Report will not load. Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. If the issue continues, contact ACV support.

AMP or Virtual Lift sections are missing. Not all vehicles have every inspection feature. Availability depends on the inspection type ordered by the seller.
