With new car manufacturing backed up, dealerships need to invest in quality used or certified pre-owned inventory. But keeping a car on the lot for a long period of time is expensive. So what are some of the fastest-selling used vehicles in 2022?

iSeeCars1 studied used car sales in March 2022 to answer that question. They included model years from 2016 to 2020.

The used car trends they found align with what experts have been saying all year. With the hike in gas prices, car buyers are turning to fuel-efficient vehicles. In the top ten fastest-selling used cars, there was only one gas vehicle. The rest were hybrids or fully electric. In fact, four of the top ten were Teslas.
