Title delivery is the seller's responsibility. If a title isn't delivered by the title due date, the buyer can request a Late Title Notice (LTN). The buyer can submit only one LTN request per auction.
If the buyer meets all the eligibility criteria when they make the request, we approve it. If we approve the request, we notify the buyer and the seller, explain their obligations, and set an LTN deadline.
If a transferable title isn't delivered by the LTN deadline and the buyer:
The buyer can unwind the sale.
