If a title isn't delivered on time, the buyer can ask to cancel the sale. This is called a Late Title Notice. Buyers can request one Late Title Notice per auction if they qualify.
If the request is approved, we'll notify the seller and they'll have 2 full business days to deliver a transferable title to ACV. If the title is not delivered within 2 business days, the sale can be cancelled.
