If we can't fix a title problem in house, we work with the dealer to find a solution. If the dealer can't fix the problem on their own, or if VITU would be faster, we might offer them a new title through VITU, our title resolution partner. We use VITU for a vehicle only if the dealer agrees.
VITU can help with title problems such as:

After we have everything VITU needs, we submit a request on the dealer's behalf. VITU then issues a new Montana title for the vehicle. The new title usually reaches us within 4 to 8 business days, and we send it to the dealer by overnight priority mail.
We charge the dealer a fee for each title VITU issues. We bill the fee after we mail the title to the dealer.
