Providing an Update on Titlehub

If you have an update on an outstanding title that you would like to provide, you can use titlehub to get that information over to ACV quickly!  This guide will instruct you on how to provide updates on titlehub on any outstanding titles.  

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Go to the Title hub tab on My ACV 

a. Visit MyACV on the top left (next to the Marketplace tab)

2. On the left-hand menu, click the “Titlehub” tab. The following screen will display.

3. Find the vehicle and click on the down caret

a. Click on Add Title Update

b. Provide Title update, ETA, and any additional notes and hit “Confirm”.

This will shoot an update directly to our Titles team and the buyer - who can view the updates in the “Won” tab on MyACV.
