How to Submit a Late Title Unwind Request

If you haven’t received a transferable title after purchasing a vehicle on ACV, you may be eligible to unwind the sale. This guide will show you how to submit a Late Title Notice Unwind request through MyACV.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Go to the "Won" tab in MyACV

• Visit MyACV on the top left (next to the Marketplace tab)
• On the left-hand navigation menu, click the “Won” tab

2. Locate the vehicle and open the menu

• Find the vehicle you need to submit the Late Title Notice for
• On the right-hand side, click the three dots (•••)

3. Select “Report a Problem”

• A menu will pop up
• Choose “Late Title Unwind Request (48 HR Notice)”

4. Enter the reason for the unwind request

• In the free-form text box, write “I would like to unwind due to lack of transferable title” and provide the following in your request:
  • Vehicle location
  • Current mileage
  • Vehicle condition
• If unknown, simply write: “Please unwind for lack of transferable title”

5. Submit the request

• After entering the details, click Submit
