Late Title Notice: Do I qualify?

We’re here to help keep your operations running smoothly. Review the quick criteria below to see if your vehicle is eligible for a Late Title Notice so our team can help keep you moving.

  1. The title due date has passed or is at most 2 days away.
    • For example, if the title is due on July 10th, you can request a Late Title Notice starting on July 8th.
  2. The auction is at most 88 days old.
  3. You've already paid for the vehicle.
  4. None of these disclosures are present:
    • Branded title (rebuilt, total loss, junk, etc.)
    • Sold on registration only.
    • Sold with transfer documents instead of a standard U.S. title.
  5. The vehicle's condition is the same as when you received it.
  6. The vehicle has been driven less than 300 miles since you received it.
  7. The vehicle is located at one of the lots that we have on file for your account.
  8. A transferable title for the vehicle has not been received.
  9. This is the first Late Title Notice that you've requested on this vehicle.

When you request a Late Title Notice, you're confirming that you meet all of these conditions. For additional verification, we always require photographic evidence to confirm the condition, mileage, and VIN plate.
