How to Request a Title Status Update on MyACV

Need a title update? You can quickly request a status update right through MyACV. This guide will walk you through the steps to request a title status update using MyACV and answer common questions about the process.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Go to the “Won” tab in MyACV

  • Visit MyACV on the top left (next to the Marketplace tab)
  • On the left-hand side menu, click the “Won” tab

2. Find the vehicle and open options

  • Find the vehicle you need to request a title update for 
  • On the right-hand side of that row, click the three dots (•••)

3. Select “Report a Problem”

  • A menu will appear with several options
  • Select “Report a problem.” You’ll find the option to request a title update on the next screen.

4. Choose “Request Title Status Update”

  • On the next screen, select “Request Title Status Update”

5. Enter your update request

  • Fill in the free-form text box with your request (e.g., status update or ETA)
  • Including your contact information will help the support team respond more accurately

6. Submit the Request

  • Once all details are entered, click Submit
