How to Create a Saved Search on ACV

Steps

From the Marketplace, set your filters using the filter bar at the top (Make & Model, Price, Year, Distance, Mileage, Auction Type, and more).

Or go directly to Create Saved Search on the upper left hand side of the screen

Once your filters are set, select Create Saved Search in the left sidebar under Saved Searches.
1. You can add even more filters such as the trim, price, year, and distance, etc
2. Go through and apply Condition Filters in be included or excluded such as Exterior damage, Frame & Body Damage, Interior Damage, Drivability, etc.

Give your search a name (for example, “F150s Near Me” or “Nissan Under $15k”).
Toggle Notifications on to receive alerts when matching vehicles are listed.
Select Save Search.

Managing your saved searches

Your saved searches appear in the left sidebar of the Marketplace.

Select a saved search name to instantly filter the Marketplace to those criteria.
Select Edit next to any saved search to update the name, filters, or notification settings.
To delete a saved search, open it for editing and select Delete.

What to expect

Saved searches run in the background continuously. When a vehicle matching your criteria is listed, you will receive a notification via the app and, if enabled, by email. You can have multiple saved searches running at the same time.

Tips

Saved searches work best with specific but not overly narrow filters. A search with too many restrictions may rarely trigger.
Use distance filters to focus on vehicles within a reasonable transport range of your dealership.
Set up separate searches for different buyer priorities (for example, one for certified pre-owned candidates, another for wholesale units).
