Reporting an Abandoned Vehicle in ACV Marketplace

Important Note: A vehicle can only be marked as “Abandoned” if it has not been picked up after 7 days from the scheduled pickup date. Marking a vehicle as abandoned prematurely can disrupt the process and may require manual intervention.

1. Log into ACVs Marketplace and navigate to MyACV 

• Select the “sold” tab on the left hand side
• Select the three dots on the right hand side

2. Select "Report a problem"

3. Select "Abandoned Vehicle" ** Please note a vehicle can only be marked abandoned when it has not been picked up after 7 days**

You’ve successfully reported a vehicle as abandoned in ACV Marketplace! Your report will be reviewed by the ACV Marketplace team, and appropriate action will be taken. Please allow time for the review process. The ACV team will keep those involved in the loop as the matter progresses.

Q: What exactly constitutes an “abandoned” vehicle in ACV Marketplace's terms?

A: A vehicle is considered abandoned when it has not been picked up by the carrier seven (7) days after the originally scheduled pickup date.
