The ACV Guaranteed Sale program offers a powerful way to sell your vehicles, typically launched in a true, $0 reserve sale format:
Sale Schedule: Guaranteed Sale vehicles are auctioned four times a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 12:00 PM ET.
How the Guarantee Works: This program operates based on the total aggregate amount of all eligible vehicles sold within a specific 10-day period.
All vehicles you sell under this program within a given period are tallied.
As long as the combined sold amount for these vehicles meets or exceeds the pre-determined guaranteed value for that period, no additional funds are due from ACV.
If the aggregate sold amount falls below the guaranteed value, ACV will provide a "true-up" payment to bridge the difference, ensuring you receive the guaranteed total.
Payout Schedule for "True-Ups": True-up payments, if required, are paid out on specific dates. Once the title for a vehicle arrives, the remaining balance (if any, beyond the true-up) will also be paid.
Sales from 1st - 10th of the month: Paid out on the 11th (if required)
Sales from 11th - 20th of the month: Paid out on the 21st (if required)
Sales from 21st - End of Month (EOM): Paid out at the EOM (if required)
Start by logging into ACVs Marketplace and navigate to the My ACV tab up at the top.
Select “My inventory” and under the Guaranteed Sale Performance sectionselect “View Details”
A list of all vehicles sold with a Guaranteed Sale price will be displayed by date
