Downloading a Dealer License & Resale Certificate using MyACV

  1. Log into your MyACV account at ACV Auctions.

  1. On the left-hand menu, select the “Sold” tab.

‍

  1. Locate the vehicle associated with the document you need.

  2. Click the three dots (⋯) to the right of the listed vehicle.

‍

  1. A dropdown menu will appear with options including:


    • Download Resale Certificate

    • Download Dealer License

  2. Select the document you would like to download.

‍

  1. The system will automatically initiate the download so you can save the document to your device.

That's it! You’ve successfully downloaded your Dealer License or Resale Certificate. For added security and convenience, ensure your MyACV account remains updated with accurate information.  If you encounter any issues or have further questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.
