Overview

Sellers on ACV must follow the procedures below when facilitating vehicle pickup from their location. Compliance with these procedures, including use of ACV’s proprietary QR protocol, is extremely important in order to protect yourself and the purchaser of your vehicle from falling victim to theft.

Procedure

Check the release slip presented by the carrier and confirm that all vehicle and transport details are correct.
Only scan the QR code at the bottom of the page when the transporter is physically present.
Verify before release.
