The seller can purchase Go Green for protection against valid arbitration claims, with some exclusions. The protection depends on the sale price and the program.
An auction is eligible when we conduct the vehicle inspection and the vehicle isn't listed with a red light.
We automatically enroll eligible auctions in Go Green. For every enrolled auction, we collect a fee from the seller.
The seller can contact our customer service team to opt out of automatic enrollment. If the seller opts out, we don't enroll any future auctions. They can opt back in at any time.
With Go Green, the seller doesn't cover any costs that the buyer incurs. If the buyer unwinds the sale, the seller keeps the proceeds.
Go Green never protects the seller against:
For vehicles that sell for less than $75,000, we offer Go Green Standard and Go Green Basic:
For vehicles that sell for $75,000 or more, we offer a single program that protects the seller only against valid cosmetic claims.
