Arbitration: When is a claim valid?

All of these conditions must be true when the claim is submitted:

  • The claim is not for a wearable component.
  • The issue was not disclosed at the time of sale.
  • The buyer submitted the claim within the arbitration window.
  • The buyer paid for the auction within 24 hours of winning the auction.
  • The buyer has not previously submitted a claim on the auction.
